return/exchange conditions
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange the product or receive a refund to your original payment method within 30 days of receiving the item . Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges, and products must be unused. Ekin Arslan Studio is not responsible for return and exchange shipping costs if you receive an item you don't like . This also includes reasons such as preference for style, shape, or size.
steps to follow
Please notify us of your intention to return/exchange the product within 30 days of receiving it at x address; we will send you the return instructions as soon as possible. Refunds will only be issued after returned products are received in acceptable condition. If you received a ceramic product as a gift and want something different, you can return the product along with the gift card for exchange; please contact x address for this.
Regarding cargo.
If you do not return or exchange a damaged item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. You are responsible for safely returning fragile items. We cannot exchange items that are not in like-new condition, therefore you will not receive a refund if the item is damaged during shipping. Please pay attention to the specifications of the product when purchasing, considering the risk of damage during shipping.
