There's not much you can do to repair the piece, but given how it broke, I'd suggest Kintsugi to keep it as a decorative item – you can buy building kits online.

Can I put it in the dishwasher?

Yes! I've been putting all my ceramic pieces in the dishwasher for years. I always make sure not to overcrowd them.

Can I use it in the microwave?

Yes - but with a few precautions. Ceramics can easily withstand high temperatures; the problem arises if the ceramic goes from a cold environment to high temperatures too quickly, or vice versa - in such cases, the temperature difference can create a shock and cause it to crack. If ceramic has just come out of the refrigerator, it's best not to put it in the microwave immediately.
