3. PRODUCT AND ORDER INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

  • Order Date: The date the order is placed

  • Order Number: The order number provided to the buyer once payment is received

  • Purchased Products: Detailed list and quantities of the purchased products

  • Shipping Fee: Free for orders of 2,000 TRY and above (covered by the SELLER); covered by the BUYER for orders under 2,000 TRY.

  • Total Order Amount (VAT Included): The total sum of the purchased products, shipping fee, and VAT.

  • Carrier (Courier) Information: The courier company contracted by the Seller.

4. SPECIAL WARNINGS AND RETURN CONDITIONS FOR CERAMIC PRODUCTS

  • The Buyer declares that they have read and informed themselves about the fundamental characteristics (such as size, color, and texture), sales price, payment method, and delivery conditions of the product subject to the agreement, and has given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.

  • Shipping Damages: Ceramic products are highly fragile. Please open the package during courier delivery and check that the products are undamaged. If there is any breakage/damage to the product, having the courier officer issue a "Damage Assessment Report" (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı) is mandatory for protecting your legal rights and processing a product replacement.

  • Delivery Time: Products will be delivered as soon as possible, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.

  • Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation): The consumer has the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. Ceramic products to be returned must be sent back to the seller undamaged, in their original box, and securely packed to prevent any breakage. The buyer is responsible for any products broken on the return journey due to defective/insufficient packaging.

  • Custom-Made Products: In accordance with consumer regulations, the right of withdrawal (return) is not valid for ceramic products that are custom-manufactured upon the customer's request, personalized with names, or designed with custom colors/sizes.

This agreement shall legally enter into force upon the buyer's electronic approval via the website and the receipt of the e-mail containing this agreement by the buyer. For complaints and objections, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the place where they purchased the goods/services or where their residence is located, within the legal monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
